Putting the REAL back into Reality TV
Since appearing for the first time on TV back in the 90's, "Reality TV" has been designed to entertain and distract viewers from...reality. Kind of ironic, don't you think? Here at Philly Philms, we're putting the REAL back into Reality TV with lifestyle program development that is as important to the real people watching as it is entertaining. Viewers will get hooked with our stories, and learn some invaluable lessons along the way...

Blood, Bruises & Broken Bones
Produced with Studio TEN Creative Group, NBC10 Philadelphia
At present, women head about 40 per cent of US households, make 85 percent of purchasing decisions and run 40 percent of US companies, yet there still remains a void in reality TV programming to directly appeal to them.
"Blood, Bruises & Broken Bones" is an unscripted, reality-based show that will turn the focus on women with unusual, adventurous, dangerous and largely male-dominated professions. This innovative program will feature fascinating careers that most women (or men, for that matter!) never thought attainable, such as bodyguards, adventure tour guides, bounty hunters, professional sports referees, lumberjacks, and many more.
The host of "Blood, Bruises & Broken Bones," will travel the country each week to spend time with women getting down and dirty in their respective careers. We will follow as she learns the ins and outs of the job being profiled and assumes the strenuous duties of each, ultimately empowering our viewers to explore all means of employment regardless of their sex.
